We’re laying out approximately 100 evenly spaced booths across the Gateway Pavilion. Sponsors can request specific spots on the intro call, and unclaimed booths are assigned first-come, first-served. A detailed floor map will be shared during sponsor conversations.

We're planning roughly 100 evenly spaced booths across the Gateway Pavilion. The contest period runs January through July 2027. We schedule the finale in November to allow time for final testing, analysis, and quality review of every participant's results. The additional window also gives sponsors a stronger media and PR moment.
Yes. Younger runs two competitor tracks: a vetted in-person track in San Francisco and a virtual track open worldwide. All sponsor integrations flow through the same programming, testing, and digital platform, so your product reaches both tracks. Virtual competitors expand your qualified audience far beyond the room.
Sponsorship fees secure your integration, event presence, and production resources. Full terms are outlined in the partnership agreement. We work closely with sponsors to ensure a successful outcome.
