Booth at the Live Events

Booth presence at the kickoff and/or finale at Fort Mason. Platinum and Keynote Speaker tiers include both events; Exhibitor includes one, with an $8K upgrade for both.

Mainstage Keynote Slot

Platinum and Keynote Speaker partners get a mainstage keynote slot in front of the competitors, the longevity field, and press. Top tiers also include a 5-minute headliner slot at the sponsor dinner.

Sponsor Dinner Access

January 11–12, 2027

The Kickoff

Two-day event at Fort Mason, San Francisco. Keynotes, expo, workshops, and sponsor dinner. Your booth meets the competitors on day one, before they begin the 6-month contest.

November 2027

The Finale

Awards ceremony and networking at Fort Mason, SF. Sponsors are in the room as winners are celebrated on stage, with the year's contest data as a natural conversation starter.

Worldwide virtual audience

The Virtual Track

A portion of competitors participate virtually from outside San Francisco. Sponsor materials are included in digital participant journeys, extending booth ROI beyond the room.

We’re laying out approximately 100 evenly spaced booths across the Gateway Pavilion. Sponsors can request specific spots on the intro call, and unclaimed booths are assigned first-come, first-served. A detailed floor map will be shared during sponsor conversations.

Questions sponsors ask first.

How are sponsors selected?

We work with companies whose products fit the program's focus on measurable biological aging outcomes. Each sponsorship is scoped to avoid category crowding and ensure a quality experience for competitors.

Which events do sponsors receive booth access at?

Platinum and Keynote Speaker partners receive a booth at both the January Kickoff and the November Finale. Exhibitors select one event, with a $8,000 upgrade to both. The Sponsor Dinner tier is focused on the kickoff dinner and does not include a booth.

How is booth placement decided?

We're planning roughly 100 evenly spaced booths across the Gateway Pavilion. Sponsors can request specific booth spots during the intro call, and unclaimed booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A detailed floor map is shared on the call so you can preview your options before committing.

Why is the finale in November if the contest is 6 months?

The contest period runs January through July 2027. We schedule the finale in November to allow time for final testing, analysis, and quality review of every participant's results. The additional window also gives sponsors a stronger media and PR moment.

Do sponsors reach virtual competitors too?

Yes. Younger runs two competitor tracks: a vetted in-person track in San Francisco and a virtual track open worldwide. All sponsor integrations flow through the same programming, testing, and digital platform, so your product reaches both tracks. Virtual competitors expand your qualified audience far beyond the room.

Are sponsorship fees refundable?

Sponsorship fees secure your integration, event presence, and production resources. Full terms are outlined in the partnership agreement. We work closely with sponsors to ensure a successful outcome.

Can we sponsor future contests?

Yes. Multi-year commitments can be discussed, especially for sponsors interested in product integration or category exclusivity across years.

When should we commit for the 2027 contest?

Tier slots are limited for the inaugural contest. Program design and materials are finalized ahead of the January 11–12, 2027 kickoff, so earlier conversations allow more room to tailor the partnership.
