Yuriy Golikov

Yuriy Golikov is a software engineer, technology entrepreneur, and AI product leader with a Master's degree in Computer Science and more than a decade of experience building software companies, engineering teams, and AI-driven digital products.

He is the Founder and CEO of DevBrother, a software agency launched in 2017 and headquartered in New York, with additional presence in Vancouver and Toronto, and engineering offices in Ukraine and Poland. Under his leadership, DevBrother has grown into a 100+ person team with a broader community of more than 30,000 engineers across Eastern Europe, helping startups and established companies build scalable products in AI, healthcare, fintech, Web3, and enterprise software.

At NeuroAge Therapeutics, Yuriy serves as VP of Engineering, leading the company's digital product development, online presence, AI automation, and AI assistant initiatives. His work includes building and improving NeuroAge's user-facing platforms, cognitive testing experience, backend architecture, data workflows, and AI-powered systems that support personalized brain health insights and dementia-prevention programs.

Yuriy's broader work focuses on using AI to make complex systems more efficient, accessible, and scalable. Through DevBrother, he has led the development of AI-driven recruitment, automation, blockchain, and healthcare technology products, including TalentBankAI, an AI-powered platform designed to help companies find and evaluate software engineers faster and more accurately.

In addition to his entrepreneurial and engineering work, Yuriy contributes to scientific and industry research related to AI, software systems, automation, and digital transformation. He is an ORCID-recognized author and contributor with published research in the field of information technologies and software engineering through the official scientific journal of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE).

His achievements in AI-driven software development and entrepreneurship have been recognized through an approved EB-1A extraordinary ability case in the United States, reflecting his sustained record of accomplishment in building technology companies and innovative digital products.
